It's the New Year and it already feels old.
Virus, riots, staying home, vaccines, doomsday... How do you manage to create your own peace of mind? Just do one internet search and you will find hundreds if not thousands of ways.

I describe some negative states because Tapping is done on the negative issues. Negative thinking prevents our mind from thinking clearly and logically, so it's better to clear away the stress first.
Our body is a physical machine that responds and reacts and works under instruction by the brain. Yet, sometimes no matter how strong you might be thinking about something, you feel resistance. Willpower can override resistance, but I have found by simply tapping on the various points on your face and hand while focusing on the feeling of resistance can clear the body.
How do I calm down my overwhelming feelings while watching the world's chaos? I tap on my collarbone point because it is easiest and most comfortable for me.
