Calm is but a tap away..


Sadly, we can't all tap dance, however the concept of tapping our fingers is something we naturally do when stuck in traffic, or in boring meetings or waiting in doctor's rooms. We tap our fingers on a surface because it gives our body something to do while we wait. This kind of tapping we do instinctively, without consciously knowing that our fingers are trying to get rid of the excess frustration of waiting.
