I love airports. I love watching how these massive machines are rendered helpless on the ground and get tugged around by a small looking crane thingy. Then they weave their way out to the runway and grace takes over.

The legroom for this lanky long legs? Well that might be a midnight complaint but right now I'm marvelling at the impossibility of it all.

This morning I managed another 'impossibility', that of finding my 'lost' meds and finish my packing. I managed to keep my bag down to 17kg and I realised how unattached I have become to clothes and things. My phone on the other hand, is my lifeline. It's my connection to the world and of course to you, dear reader. As I embark of this unexpected chapter of my World Tour of South Africa and it becomes simply 'World Tour' I'm totally awestruck by the marvel of life. The joy, the fun, the sheer beauty...

It's an awesome ride. And, yes, I will wear shoes lol!
