Tuesday chapter

Updated: Apr 20, 2022

Tuesday 19th April 2022 Woke up to sunshine and an updated level of loadshedding, which means 3 blocks of two hour power cuts. So I managed to get laundry done and batteries charged before the afternoon batch of voltage-free time kicked in. The Autumn leaves around the city are looking magnificent on my drive to Blairgowrie. It was quite breezy today too so they made their dramatic, artistic leap to the ground to become tomorrow's dust particles.

As I was chatting with my friend and  checking our calendar for appointment times, I saw that my calendar was marked for my flight to the UK on the 16th of May and not the 18th, like I thought. Oops. I frantically double checked my email and flight details and mentally adjusted my date to two days sooner. Somehow the other date had stuck in my mind for so long but now I've got it. ( I think lol) There was a slight urgency in my thinking of needing to get everything sorted now, but I caught myself in time and did what I could and started making a list. Yup, a list. My list helped me while planning and packing for my Camino in 2016 so although I'm often list averse, there are times when I appreciate them. I'm also going to offer my 'tapping' therapy online again.  People are struggling with the  negativity in the world and I have a tool that helps, so I'm keeping my (virtual) door open again for clients. I did a short video to help with the general weariness of people to help give the body some relief.  You can check it out here
