Timings

Yesterday's sudden realisation about my pending road trip made me spark today. Although waking up after 6.30am was rather late for me. I'd decided to go for a dog walk instead of a human run because said human's running gear was rather out of reach in the boot of my car (and too lazyto fetch it). Molly was very excited to be walked in the morning and we set off through the quiet streets of this suburb on the west side of Johannesburg.

I made a few 'trip' decisions too, and I was again appreciative of the helpfulness of exercise. It definitely calms my thinking and helps me focus and then gives plenty of creative ideas. I know it sounds like a cliche, but being physical in our bodies definitely helps our health. It's like a vacuum cleaner of my craziness and somedays I need to use the turbo boost. This morning's walk got rid of a lot of the unnecessary anxiety that was building up.

We also received news that my dad down in Durban isn't doing so well, so the anxiety for that had built up and I have been standing in limbo land the last few days.

'Do I start my trip or delay it?'

However I do have a time frame limit on my car and I don't want it to just sit pretty in the driveway so decided to stick to the plans and just take one day at a time.

Remember phone the time telephone number to set the watches?

'When you hear the signal, the time will be NOW exactly...'

Beep!
