Sudden movement

Life can be a rollercoaster, of that, I am certain.

Today was a day of contemplating and writing while nesting in my warm bed until my friend texted me with

'Do you still want to run?'

I wondered how cold it was outside seeing that the sun was already starting it's steep climb, and thought 'why not?'

Half hour later we started our hour long conversation with bits of running in between. The icy breeze got us shivering in open stretches but overall it was a great way to clean the brain and catch up.

On getting home, my sister texted that she was on the way with her trailer, to move my larger furniture pieces and then suddenly, the space was clear. I realised again how weak my upper body is and silently begrudged my stopping my biokineticist classes. Fortunately my sister has her personal gym at her place and she secretly would love to be a biokineticist, so I think she might be whipping me into shape while I stay there.

I am pleased to hear that our president announced leisure travel is now permitted which gives me freedom to start planning my World Tour of South Africa again. But that's tomorrow's movement, tonight I'm simply appreciating my space.
