Slow days

Slower days are vital to my well being. You might have guessed that I have a very busy mind, but the change in pace happens without my conscious effort. After a good night of dreams of dolphins, I woke up and got started. Today was a laundry day but when I felt the cold snap on opening the back door, I wondered if my laundry would dry.

I then zoomed off to my Monday massage that public holiday moved for me. I am going to miss this regular body maintenance because I am pretty undisciplined when I comes to stretching and rolling. My legs were quite sore after Sunday's trail run and by the time the massage was finished, the yawns were kicking in big time.

I tried to do some research at home but my brain fog was much like the weather and I was relieved when my sister got back from work. Although I am surprised by getting past 9pm, I can feel my internal battery is sitting rather low around 10%.

I didn't take one photograph today. That must be a first.

P.S my laundry did dry ( haha)
