Friday 25th November 2022
Today was one of those days when I threw off my sheet but the 'duvet of tiredness' stayed stuck to me. Even though there were early tasks that I managed, I felt tired and lethargic for most of the day.
It also felt sticky hot and I would have gone into my sister's pool if the timing was better. But the afternoon thunder and lighting forced me to stay safely indoors on the couch haha. I'm blaming my lethargy on the Black Friday chaos that I witnessed online and the fever that ensued.
My friend popped in quickly with a Macdonald's flurry which was what she ended up doing and flurried home to escape the storm. There was a quick download of hail and then the sun reappeared. It dried out enough to take Molly for a walk knowing that it might just help shake off my own cobwebs. It certainly helped and I think I wore Molly out because she totally ignored her ball and immediately passed out on the couch.
