Rusty Mondays

Mondays are massage days and I had almost forgotten. Being on the other side of the city I had to put on my Google maps to find the best route. Unfortunately my voice prompts don't seem to link in my new car so I spent many quick glances at the massive screen trying to figure out where to turn.

The other good news is that the sun came out in the afternoon which meant that I could do some laundry. The dog park was a lot drier. It also brought out more dogs and the great news for my 'charge' is that his favourite buddy came back from the kennels.

It's fascinating watching the two of them recognise each other from a distance and watching them run to meet is like a heartwarming movie. I swear I heard Julie Andrews sing about being alive.

Rusty is definitely more settled at night when he's had his 'Apollo' fix and is passed out now dreaming of tomorrow's early morning run.
