Today I managed a longish run. The first run in a week. It was necessary and it helped clear my thoughts about packing, moving and adjusting.

I've lived on my own for 29 months and I have forgotten how to share my space. Currently, I am staying with my younger sister, who has also been on her own about 8 months although she has a couple of pets. This weekend we were saying 'pardon' quite a lot because she's hard of hearing and I must mumble (haha). It has been interesting watching myself react realising that there is another person in the vicinity, plus the constant love of the dog.

But I still get the pull of the sea. I am feeling twitchy and tomorrow I will relook at my Airbnb options and start the next phase of my World Tour of South Africa.
