A few months back, my name was put forward to host a heritage tour to honour Women's month in South Africa. It was a wide topic reflecting on Johannesburg's famous ladies and the street name changes. It involved history, activism and our torrid past. The topic was wide and I struggled to get a storyline and keep it concise but eventually it all slotted together.

This tour was one of the reasons for my delay in getting to the coast, but I always trust divine timing in strange ways. In two weeks, I will be writing this blog from my new month long bed in Durban.

The tour went off fabulously, and I had a co host who covered most of the dates and specifics of the buildings and streets. I stuck to the women's stories of courage, change and hardships. I was exhausted once it finished but I felt a huge sense of freedom and relief that it is done. So tonight I watched a few movies and a fascinating series on Tiger Woods.

Tomorrow I regroup.

P.S. Not my guitars!
