Map free

Almost two weeks in my temporary home city and I realised that I don't need to use Google maps to get to the beachfront. Plus I can find my way home from several different places too.

After my run this morning I had some family business to attend to after which I decided to make the most of a gloriously sunny day. The rain had continued throughout the night, so I was quite surprised by the weather change. It's interesting to not know the different weather patterns, I had always assumed that Durban was usually hot, and humid. But the windy season is probably quite fresh for the locals albeit drastic for my hairstyles, haha!

I stopped by the uShaka complex and walked around the shops there. It was my first ever time seeing it and I was quite surprised by how busy it was getting when I was leaving. But it's a Friday afternoon and people like to celebrate the weekend. I went home for a nap.
