Wednesday 27th July 2022

I woke up to a lovely sunny morning and I felt like I'd had a good night's sleep. The house was quiet so I opened the window and went back to sleep.

When I got up I thought I felt better but as the day aged, my fluey feeling came back. Just after lunch I did another covid test and fortunately it was negative but I decided that I couldn't be brave and venture out like we'd intended. Instead I came back upstairs to sleep.

My system is obviously still feeling run down so there's no point pushing it into overdrive especially when I don't have anything specific I need to do right now. Sometimes it's simply a matter of listening to the body and resting.  Which I'm doing. I'm taking vitamins and paracetamol and increased my asthma meds so no doubt I will start feeling better soon. (I hope, lol!)
