Groggy

I woke up groggy and feeling like I had a hangover. But ginger beer shouldn't really do that to me so I put it down to the state of numbness that I am obviously still in.



I took molly out for a run fully aware that she had a very active evening with my sister's friends throwing her ball. After half a block I saw the weariness in her and felt pretty similar but I continued on my longer run after I dropped her off. It helped again clear a patch inside my gray matter but I am also aware that this is the time to not be policing my mind but rather just allow my feelings.


And right now, I feel tired. So instead forcing any more words, I'm going to allow my 💤
