One of those woke-up-but-still-tired days.
I pulled myself out of bed to get on the road and was very happy to walk all the uphills and trundle down the other side. Molly was super happy that I took her round a different direction and I let her read every tree, corner and blade of grass while I wondered if I would feel better later.
I did some domestic stuff, clean, weed, shop, and cook and let the day just tick by. Molly tried to stay very close to me, but my hot flushes made me push her off when she tried to sit on me. She also knows when the camera lens is pointed on her because she dodged out of sight when I wanted the real cute pictures.
Sometimes these days are necessary for me to catch up with myself and just be.
Now I'm being off to bed really early.
