Monday 18th July 2022

I woke up after a good night's sleep and felt much better. So I packed up and set off to go to the podiatrist to get these corns sorted. It was a lovely morning and warm and of course I was like a packmule carrying my belongings front and back.  But I did manage to take some photos on the lovely route.

My feet are so much happier now so I was smiling while walking back to my friend's hostel to wait for our taxi at noon. The taxi driver was very chatty but my friend had a snooze so I took pictures of the countryside as we whizzed by.

On arrival in Stirling we were able to check in early and I started to feel rough again.  After sleeping the afternoon away, Angie then offered to get me some vitamins and paracetamol from the local Morrisons. I am hoping to shake this bug as quickly as I can because my work on Thursday is going to be rather physical. Fortunately I can totally rest tomorrow and I will take it from there.

Thanks for all the concern.
