Chilling

Both literally and figuratively.

I woke before my 6am alarm clock and realised that it was dull and chilly. But I had an errand to do so went out before the suburb was up and about. I think the suburb had the winter memo too though, because the sun only made an appearance mid afternoon and I think everyone stayed huddled under blankets at home.

That's what we ended up doing. I made sister breakfast in bed, ok it was only croissant and cheese but she appreciated it. We watched some more 'chick-flick' series and that was the theme for most of the day. Hot drinks and remote controls.

I did do some research while she watched some sport on tv. The dog enjoyed the blanket, although she was always alert to any sign of playing 'catch' with the tennis ball.

Sunday smooched into Sunnight and it was one of those great days when little was done but everything was achieved.
