I'm writing this early because I'm excited and all packed for my next part of my birthday present. A 9 day cruise to the Norwegian Fjords. Yip. I saw a really good deal a few months back and tomorrow I fly down to Dover to meet with my friend to get ready for Friday's sail.
I know.
I'm living my best life and loving it.
Apart from having to pack, lol. Because I'm flying down on the cheap airline, I didn't want to pay a fortune for my luggage so I had to pack as minimally as possible. This was a little problem because I've been nestled at my brother's place for a month now and it seems as if I have gotten a lot more 'stuff' but I hadn't. So instead of panicking, I did it in phases and relaxed.
I now have a small packed bag ready for my 7am flight tomorrow. I've deliberately not done much research on Norway so not got much detail but I had to look up some things about the cruise ship. I realised that I won't have internet on board so my blog posts might be very intermittent if at all. I will write them to keep track of my visit but you might have to wait until the 9th of July to read them.
I will still be in the UK tomorrow night but just not in Scotland anymore. Once again there's a flicker of sadness at saying goodbye but fortunately I still have the rest of the summer to do all the new bucket list things that I seem to collect.
