Asteroids and siestas

Today was coming down to earth day, although I shouldn't say that because an asteroid was seen streaking across the sky in Durban tonight. (Just to add to the unlikely things to happen this decade... )

But I was very tired and had an afternoon siesta.

I didn't get into my beautiful car but did admire it when I went for my early run.

It's that limbo time of year when I have lots of ideas but can't really do much yet because I am nor here nor there so I did do a bit of research on my AfriScot project. I'm hoping to find interesting Scots people both alive and in the past who made their lives in South Africa and while running ( rephrase- slogging) the ideas flow much faster than my feet moving.

But in all, it was a day of rest and recharge. Adrenaline from excitement can be tiring- haha.

P.s. not my photo of the asteroid. (📷 Lauren Stanley, Durban group)
