A huddling

Saturday 6th August 2022

One of the things that I do miss on my gap year(s) of travel is my pj days. Those long marathon days of TV series, lying slothlike on my bed, wearing Eu de Cathie. I didn't realise how much my Cancerian crab like nature gets recharged by those days of non adventure and huddle.

Today was close to huddling, except I did shower, lol. My sister had an upset tummy so she was still in bed when I got up. After a well distanced chat on her bed, and a couple of charcoal tablets, we went downstairs to continue the chit chats.

My other sister and two nieces arrived to make the chit chat louder and babbly and after copious amount of hot drinks, they all went back to their respective homes. Bernadette was feeling a bit better and made us a delicious dinner after we'd collected her husband from watching the local football team not score any goals.

No marathon TV series watched, but many a drama was talked about.
