A windstill morning saw me meet my friends for their last morning walk before they got on their road home. It was a lovely morning, very calm sea and much less people than the weekend. For the first time in three weeks, I felt some Durban heat.

The windows looked seasidey and I used my aircon on my face and not just the windscreen on my way for my 3 weekly massage. I realised that I had become accustomed to my weekly Johannesburg massage so I found a cheap therapy school where I can get my muscle knots sorted. I believe if everyone went for weekly massages, the world would be a happy place.

Unfortunately, the wind turned and is currently shaking the door and I am thinking about propping it up to stop the noisy rattles. Expected temperatures are to drop by 10 degrees tomorrow. My jacket will come in handy again.
